Our Services

Anger Management

Anger can show up as outbursts, tension in your body, or feeling like you’re about to “snap” even over small things. In counseling, you’ll have a safe, nonjudgmental space to understand what’s underneath your anger and learn skills to pause, express yourself more clearly, and respond instead of react. Together, we’ll work toward more control, calmer relationships, and a life that isn’t ruled by anger.

Anxiety

Anxiety can show up as racing thoughts, constant worry, or a feeling that something bad is always around the corner. In counseling, we’ll slow things down, understand what fuels your anxiety, and practice tools to calm your mind and body. Together, we’ll work toward more ease, confidence, and a life that feels less stressful.

Grief

Grief can touch every part of your life—your sleep, your energy, your relationships, and even how you see yourself. In counseling, you’ll have a safe place to tell your story, honor your loss, and feel what you need to feel at your own pace. Together, we’ll find gentle ways to cope, stay connected to what matters, and begin to move forward without leaving your loved one behind.

Trauma

Trauma can leave you feeling on edge, numb, or stuck in the past, even when you want to move forward. In counseling, we’ll move at your pace to understand how trauma shows up in your body, thoughts, and relationships, and build tools to help you feel safer and more grounded. Together, we’ll work toward less reactivity, more choice, and a life that isn’t defined by what happened to you.
